Acceptance of Terms
By using CustomToday, creating an account, uploading a design, placing an order, or paying for a custom product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account, contact, order, pickup, and delivery information you provide. We may suspend accounts or orders when necessary for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or safety.
Custom Products and Customer Approval
Custom products are made based on the design, text, spelling, garment type, garment color, size, quantity, placement, and other order details approved by the customer before payment.
No customer edits or cancellations are available after payment is submitted. Review every detail carefully before paying.
Customer Content and Intellectual Property
You represent that you own, license, or otherwise have authorization to reproduce every image, logo, trademark, photograph, illustration, character, artwork, text, font, graphic, or other content submitted with an order.
You grant CustomToday, Virginia Customs LLC, and the collaborating fulfillment store the limited license needed to store, process, display, reproduce, technically modify as necessary, and print submitted designs solely for fulfilling, supporting, documenting, and protecting the order.
Prohibited Content and Refusals
CustomToday may refuse, suspend, remove, or cancel content or orders when legally necessary, when a valid intellectual-property complaint is received, when payment fraud or safety concerns arise, or when required by a court, government order, payment provider, or applicable law. Employees are not expected to make legal judgments during ordinary production; issues needing review may be handled by CustomToday administration.
Final Sale and Remake Remedy
All custom-product sales are final. Orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for customer design mistakes, spelling or grammar mistakes, incorrect uploaded artwork, low-resolution artwork, incorrect size, garment, color, quantity, approved placement, screen-to-print color differences, change of mind, or failure to collect within the pickup period.
For a verified manufacturing or production error, such as the wrong garment, wrong size, wrong design, or a verified defective print, the remedy is a remake of the affected item at no additional charge. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Pricing, Taxes, Fees, and Payment
Prices, taxes, service fees, delivery fees, and discounts are shown before payment. Square processes payments. Do not send payment card information directly to CustomToday; Square handles payment-card data.
Pickup, Delivery, and Collaborating Stores
Orders are fulfilled by independent collaborating custom-print stores. Those stores are not CustomToday-owned retail locations.
Pickup and delivery availability, estimates, and store selection are shown during checkout. Estimates are not guarantees.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how order, account, design, fulfillment, and support information is handled.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent legally permitted, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Some rights cannot legally be limited or waived, and this section does not attempt to limit those rights.
Indemnification
To the extent legally enforceable, you agree to defend and indemnify Virginia Customs LLC, CustomToday, and the collaborating fulfillment store from claims arising from content you submitted, infringement, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law, Severability, and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown at checkout applies to that order.
