No Refunds or Exchanges For Customer-Caused Issues
No refunds or exchanges are provided for customer design mistakes, spelling or grammar mistakes, incorrect uploaded artwork, low-resolution or blurry artwork, incorrect size selection, incorrect garment or color selection, incorrect quantity, placement approved by the customer, normal differences between screen colors and printed colors, change of mind, or failure to collect an order within the pickup period.
Printed as Submitted and Approved
Artwork is printed based on the customer-approved design and order details. Review everything before payment.
Remake Remedy
If the collaborating store produces the wrong garment, wrong size, wrong design, or a verified defective print, the remedy is to remake the affected item correctly at no additional charge. This policy does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
