Submitting a Complaint
Until a dedicated legal address is configured, copyright complaints may be sent to orders@customtoday.app. Include identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing design or order, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and an electronic or physical signature.
Counter-Notice
A user whose content is affected may submit a counter-notice where legally available. Include the affected content, contact information, required statements, and signature.
Review and Action
CustomToday administration may suspend a design, saved design, account, or affected order while reviewing a valid complaint. Repeat infringers may lose access to the service.
DMCA Agent Note
CustomToday does not state here that formal DMCA agent registration has been completed. TODO: Virginia Customs LLC should consult qualified counsel about DMCA eligibility and, if appropriate, formally designate and maintain a DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
