Information We Collect
We collect information needed to provide the service, including name, email, phone number, account information, ZIP code, selected store, delivery address when applicable, order information, uploaded artwork, saved designs, final approved mockups, product, size, color, placement, quantity, agreement timestamps, order status logs, employee status logs, payment references received from Square, transaction totals, taxes, service fees, and delivery fees.
Payments
Square processes payments. CustomToday does not store full payment-card numbers. We may store Square order IDs, payment IDs, payment-link references, payment status, totals, and related metadata needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, and disputes.
Service Providers
We use service providers such as Vercel for hosting, Firebase/Firestore for database and order records, Square for payment processing, and Resend or the configured email provider for transactional emails. Collaborating custom stores receive the order information needed to fulfill pickup or delivery orders.
How Information Is Used
Information is used for design creation, checkout, payment confirmation, fulfillment, store routing, inventory checks, customer support, order tracking, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute evidence, security, and operational improvements.
Retention and Minimization
We keep information only as needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute evidence, and enforcement. Completed transaction records and immutable order evidence may be retained even if a saved design or reusable account asset is deleted.
Deletion and Privacy Requests
Customers may request account deletion, saved-design deletion, uploaded-artwork deletion where legally and operationally permitted, or other privacy help by emailing orders@customtoday.app. Records tied to completed transactions may be retained when necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, or enforcement.
Security
We use access controls and server-side validation where available. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so customers should avoid uploading content they do not want processed for fulfillment.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13.
