Customer Responsibility
Customers must own, license, or otherwise possess authorization to reproduce every submitted image, logo, trademark, photograph, illustration, character, artwork, text, font, graphic, or other content.
Permissions
Customers are responsible for obtaining required permissions before placing an order. Checking a box does not make unauthorized copying legal.
Limited Fulfillment License
Customers grant CustomToday, Virginia Customs LLC, and the collaborating fulfillment store a limited license to process and print submitted content for the order and to preserve records needed for support, legal compliance, accounting, and dispute evidence.
Indemnity
To the extent legally enforceable, customers agree to defend and indemnify Virginia Customs LLC, CustomToday, and the collaborating fulfillment store from claims arising from customer-submitted content.
Complaints and Preservation
CustomToday may preserve relevant order and agreement records when responding to a complaint or legal obligation.
